Ownership

Gold mineralization is associated with three distinct geological environments:

• A porphyritic tonalite dyke strewn with subvertical quartz-chlorite-ankerite-pyrite veins and veinlets. A channel sample revealed the presence of visible gold. This felsic intrusive is highly altered by iron carbonates (ankerite). Best results include:
  • Grab samples: 5.34, 7.10 and 19.55 g/t Au
  • Channel samples: 11.81 g/t Au over 0.73 metre and 22.08 g/t Au over 0.19 metre (RAM-09-TR-02);  21.32 g/t Au over 0.45 metre and 26.45 g/t Au over 0.20 metre (RAM-09-TR-03)
• A gabbroic sill strewn with subhorizontal and subvertical quartz-chlorite-ankerite-pyrite-chalcopyrite veins and veinlets. The mafic intrusive is highly ankeritized and chloritized. The best samples yielded:
  • Channel samples: 6.28 g/t Au over 0.36 metre and 10.36 g/t Au over 0.88 metre (RAM-09-TR-05 & -06)
• Narrow shear zones in a basaltic lava flow, strewn with quartz-carbonates-pyrite veinlets. The best intersections graded up to:
  • Diamond drill holes: 1.98 g/t Au over 3.70 metres, including 5.00 g/t Au over 0.70 metre, and 2.54 g/t Au over 1.50 metres (KI-07-05); 1.11 g/t Au over 1.50 metres (KI-07-04)
    

• The trenching program uncovered a 5-metre-wide exhalative horizon of massive pyrite (RAM-09-TR-05 & -06). Channel sampling yielded up to 0.21 g/t Au over 0.46 metre and 1.60 g/t Ag over 1.00 metre.
• Stripping exposed a quartz-galena vein hosted in tonalite (RAM-09-TR-03). The tonalite graded 3.36 g/t Au, 3.20 g/t Ag, 0.11% Pb and 0.11% Zn over 0.81 metre, with traces of copper.
